The perfect location to stretch & mobilise. Encouraging developmental stretching and a posture check in. Sarah will take you through a series of pilates based exercises, flowing through movement patters and keeping you in check with your alignment. Book your space and meet in Riley PARK (behind the big Sainsburys) in Marlow. * BRING YOUR OWN MAT If you don’t have a mat you may be able to borrow or buy one from Sarah. Book in and let Sarah know asap. * Payment options 1 Pay a £3 non refundable deposit to secure your space. Plus £10 cash on the day. 2 £15 online 3 Check out the offers Page for this Summer If the forecast changes and rain is due, the class will still take place online and the details will be within your confirmation email.
