Class Details
The perfect location to stretch & mobilise. Encouraging developmental stretching and a posture check in. Sarah will take you through a series of pilates based exercises, flowing through movement patters and keeping you in check with your alignment. Book your space and meet in Riley PARK (behind the big Sainsburys) in Marlow. If you don’t have a mat you can borrow or buy one from Sarah. Book in and let Sarah know. Payment option Pay a £3 non refundable deposit to secure your space. Plus £10 cash on the day. This class is also a part of the 5 week SUMMER SCULPT challenge. If the forecast changes and rain is due, the class will still take place online.
