Sarah will take you through a series of pilates based exercises, flowing through movement patters and keeping you in check with your alignment. Book your space and meet in Riley PARK (behind the big Sainsburys) in Marlow. Payment options… Pay a £3 non refundable deposit to secure your space. Plus 10 cash or £12 payment link on the day. This class is also a part of the 5 week SUMMER SCULPT challenge. If the weather is bad the class will still take place online.
