Get ready for a BFIT session online! Join us via Zoom for a 45-minute session designed to activate, strengthen work towards your fitness goals. MONDAYS : Activate Wake up & tune into muscle activation, simple but effective exercises ready for the weeks progression. TUESDAYS : Strength Build up your strength with simple exercises, with step by step instruction and variations to suit your body’s ability. WEDNESDAYS: Intensity A session you can join with or without your weights. A challenge you have been working towards. Book your spot now and experience the benefits with Sarah BFIT!!
